icu halls haunt me.

i have flashes of images if they notice me, a very scary place for me.

not comparable to what everyday people feel, hospitals make people uneasy as it is, thats an uneasiness that people like Stephen King and Geroge Romero have been able to bring to life in film. Its a cold terror, and everyone knows it, one day or another.

Ever been through a veteran's hospital? One of my cousins worked at the one over near Westwood. Went through there one day and talk about sad. You see those soldiers with no legs, arms blown off, scars, burns, and on and on.

You don't realize how good you have it until you see what others endure just to get by day to day.

I actually drive by one on my way to Frys in the Valley. There is both a Vet House, as well as a rehab, andi could not imagine walking in there, past the zombie looking souls lingering outside. Laying in the grass, chain smoking barefooted on the curb etc, haunting man.

Ill get pictures, you probably wouldnt imagine it has gotten as bad as it has.
