Just curious how many webmasters get out on the course.

I do it, but suck

I golf like 1-2 times a year, but I REALLY suck!

I wish I could golf better.

I mostly sit on the 19th hole :)

I hit balls almost every single day. Ive been golfing since I was 11-12 or so but just recently started up again. Going to try and go every 2-3 days this summer :)

Golf sucks but I live near a course so I laugh and the funny old men and their stupid outfits. What is the golf getup all about?

I hit the range once everyweek or two with a buddy but not too much in terms of playing 18 holes///

Used to golf 5-6 times a week, but last week in Phoenix was the first time in almost 7 months.

driving range at least 3 times a week, 1 or 2 times on my club's course and on Sundays playing tournaments wherever they are

it all about investing time
if you are a lazy ass you wont be able to play as good as you want

its a sport where you actually gotto invest some time into learning

Well, kinda grew up with it since my father, Paul Messner, was on the PGA tour (died 9 years ago the 16th).

But I still have a 6 handicap from the red tees.

i have once but sucked. i need to practice gripping my rod and balls more often

I try and play 2-3 times a week, would play more if I didn't have
to do other things as well :)

Need to get some Pro-hours, so I can get my hcp down a bit more.

The game never seems to like me at all.

I used to play Golf all the time. But when i stopped for a while, i couldn't get back into it and have been shit since.

When you are good at it, it's a great sport. When you suck badly, there is nothing more irritating... :mad: :mad:

Cool...:) I live a long way from your neck of the woods, and whilst I can't remember Paul Messner every winning any tour events, I do remember him, and he was a very good player; you must be very proud of him.

I have been struggling playing professionaly for 20 years (found it easier to make money teaching in the end), and have another 10 years to go before I can play the senior tour (like your dad) Anyway I think its cool that a fellow webmaster had a father that played the US tour, and if your playing of 6 your doing pretty good yourself..:thumbsup

Love the game .. good way to unwind, nothing nicer than seeing a ball fly 300 yds right where ya want it to be. If anyone here is from Ping .. your clubs fucking rock..

there is a course right where our house is in florida i use to golf everyday with my grandfather but since he passed away i havent golfed so its been 12 years i would like to go out, but no one really golfs around here, private golf club here is 12,000$ a year membership and you have to be invited so i dont think i will be getting that one anytime soon :)

my brother is here and he is a scratch handicap...i'm a 6 from the red (aka ladies tees).. but then again our dad own 4 golf courses and was on the PGA and SR PGA tour

Golf is a lot fun but I really, really suck at it
