It's a totally different market here. When I lived in Kitchener, I could run an ad in the local paper and get 50 calls in 24 hours from it. The girls were totally raw and worked for peanuts.

In Montreal the girls are much more savvy. They generally work through an agency and command much higher fees. The upside is that they are experienced and understand what is expected of them.

What can I say, our school is full of geeks :)
