What to do if a program owes you money and wont pay
 

Its only like $800 but I want it now...I have been in constant contact with them and they say..."next week, or maybe tomorrow" What can I do to get this money??

I would post all the details here as well as on other boards to warn webmasters to stay away.. it doesn't matter if it's $800 or $8 it's bad business not to pay somebody.

I think exposing them might be reason for them to cancel my account due to their terms and conditions....They agree that they owe me money fair and square...they just wont pay up

I think you should reveal them, they will not cancel your account.

Fine, its insite adult...I think they owe a lot of people money I only promoted them a short while and always got paid late but paid. Last June they stopped paying...so I quit promoting but still $800 in the account, I phone them weekly and they always say "next week for sure" and shit like that...their program is still running and I'm told they are paying current webmaster just not back pay...

If you don't spit the name out this thread is worhtless for everybody....

just pull your traffic, it's all you can do if you agreed in their TOS not to post about them on boards. Don't give them legitimate reason not to pay you. Pull your traffic, hope they pay.

I pulled my traffic long ago, you dont think I would send traffic to a program for 8 months without being paid...

they owe a lot of people loads of money, if you keep bugging them on the phone daily and eat up their resources, maybe they'll cough up the money just to get rid of you.

Find a new program

If they live within range, a baseball bat usually works rather well. ( ah i remember internext very well )

READ! for the last time I dont send them traffic anymore and havent for 8 months...I have many new programs infact in my 4 years doing this these are the only people who havent paid me...

I knew it was this company as soon as I read the thread title. These bastards pull the same scam with everyone. Be more persistent when calling and demand to have your money wired to your account. Keep calling until they comply.

Probably nothing will be done, but their name will be on a federal list which could come back to haunt them later...
