Check billing?
 

There was a post last month about a check processing option where the customer has to retrieve a confirmation number to complete the signup form by calling an automated telephone service, which wouldn't eliminate fraud but would cut down on it.

Does anyone know of a company offering a service like this, or other check billing options with increased security?
