dang how much or does it depend

Rictor 01-01-2004 09:59 PM

You have to give your credit card number before you list something for sale. They'll charge you a listing fee...30 cents up to a few dollars, depending on your starting bid or reserve.

Then they charge a percentage of the final sale price after the auction end.

Then if the buyer pays by Paypal, Paypal will take a percentage as well (if you have a business account and accecpt credit cards).

All said and done...if you sell that box set for $30, it will probably cost you $3.00 in Ebay fees.

thats not bad

Is anyone here interested in buying the south ark season 3 box set

Take it back to the store and exchange it.

I have Season I...got it new for $20. I'll wait a while for Season II and III since I haven't even watched Season I yet (except when they were new and on video). By the time I pick them up, Best Buy will have them for $20 new probably.

Same with X-Box games...I'm never in a hurry to buy new games...by the time I get around to buying them...they are usually $15 instead of $50.

I am selling it for $37.00 and in stores its 39.99 plus tax

:1orglaugh Don't sell yourself short. You can probably get $38 if you find the right person.

why wouldn't they? I have sold stuff at the SAME price it was in the store and items have gone. some people would rather pay shipping than to give the government another did of sales tax. :2 cents:

Just exchange it for the same thing then you'll have a sealed one to return later. :Graucho
