I need a email program
 

I basically have a large database of emails that I want to send mass mail to. I need a program that I will be able to enter them in, save them, and use later with Outlook and web-based email. Do you guys know of such a program?

basically i want to be able to export them to either outlook or a webmail type of email and put them into an adress book so i can send out to them
