Dude, $87,000,000,000 divided by 292,360,016 is only $297.58. I mean that's still a fuck-hell lotta dough, added to our debt, but not a million per American. I think Iraq's population is only 25 million or so, so that means we're paying $3500 per Iraqi to destroy and rebuild their shit.

Maybe you can go take a refresher in math at one of those swanky new schools they are building in iraq.
