Just found this hosts file on one of my pcs. Old trick but still annoying

Owners of those sites might be noticing a drop in their traffic as surfers are getting redirected to 66.40.16.131 (with the lame dialer install attempt)

Ya might wanna check your own hosts file if you see any whacky behaviour while you are surfing
