Fastest way to get a message to someone in Australia?

I need to get a message to someone that doesn't have Internet access or a telephone, asap. I have their home address only.

Sending a letter takes to long.

Would it be possible to get a message there either today or by tomorrow? Cost is not important.

thanks for any info

can't you just stuff a note in a wallabee's pouch and send it on it's way?

Dunno, but if you know / trust anyone in Australia, they can put it in the post for today and it will be get there tomorrow if its going to a capital or Wednesday if its rural. Tell them to put it in an express post envelope. Will cost them no more than A$3.

Hope this helps....

Given that 'today' ends in around 4-6 hours depending on where in the US you are i would guess you cant get it delivered 'by tomorrow' :Graucho

You could probably get it delivered 'tomorrow' however :thumbsup

It's a long way to Australia you do realize don't you?

Nothing gets delivered overnight from the USA to Australia.

I'm outside of the US,

Regarding telegrams -- I have never sent one before -- out of interest, do they deliver the document sealed/with an envelope, or a standalone bit of paper?

it's personal, and none of the delivery boy's business.

We have more advanced technology than that!

Kangaroos can usually do a US/AU crossing in 1-2 days.

Or, if you wanted to attach the letter / parcel to Nemo, he would take a few weeks to swim from Australia to the US.

Go online. Find a phonebook for their area. Hire someone. Even a taxi driver could work.

I'd go with that, really good idea.
