Over the years I added to my members site with exclusive content. Model contracts have always been used in the past.

I am suddenly in a developing situation when I might offer a membership percentage, seeing samples... with a wanna be photographer and his models.

New source of fresh models and a untamed photographic style. Exciting yet slightly scary.

1> Why do I feel un-nerved and thinking I will be directing too much via cam long distance? (the hand is too close to the camera... dim the background lamps)

2> What legal exclusive-use agreement should I see... since a combined director/photographer/model situation seems a legal use-right issue here quickly.

and why would a photographer be interested in being your partner? how much traffic do you have and what kind is it?
