US actively involved in terror and bloodshed in Chile
For those who say the US never mindles in foreign policy...
They backed a bloody disctator ( Pinochet) and let people get tortured and killed. Today, the US points the finger to Saddam... they should look in the mirror. Quote:
USA RULES!!!! GO ! GO! liberate people....lol |

Title of this thread should have been "Canada actively involved in being whiny babies about shit that doesn't involve them and nobody gives a fuck about"

If you report the same situation but denounced by the US ( ex: Saddam, Noriega), you are a patriot, maybe even a hero... Wake up! |

"I am just a dumb right wing american, and I beleive whatever my president says...: we are liberators".... PS: If you think that a foreign policy ( not to say attack) does only influence the 2 parties involved, well you are pretty dumb! |
just a matter of doing whats best at the time. Im sure you had no problem with Clinton letting hundreds of thousands of rwhandas die, or pol pot killing millions after leaving nam
|
i like the canadian posters who feel the need to post things like this.
its like employees cutting up about the boss. just remember who the boss is at the end of the day hahah |

But yes I do have a problem with what happened in Rwanda, Congo and Nigeria and what is happening now in Liberia ( funny how it dissapeared from the news in the US ) along with the " killing fields"... But those situations are some where the US stayed passive, not actively involved in the overturn of an elected foreign government and the assassination of it's president. Little fifference... And by the way, the blame goes to the administrations, not to the whole US population. |

What you're failing to note is that it's quite easy to come up with a laundry list of "what's wrong with the US", "what's wrong with Canada", or "what's wrong with the UK". I can find a countless number of articles that demonstrate the poor behavior of politicians or inconsistencies in laws or actions of law-makers for any nation on earth. It's a very simple thing to do. It's so simple, in fact, that politicians within countries do it to each other. You have an axe to grind. You post links to articles that show the negative side of the US and only the negative side. You are anti-American in the sense that you view all actions of the US and within the US in the context of "America is evil". In fact, you remind me of George Bush in that sense but on the liberal side. |
We're going to liberate k-bec soon from the wannabe frenchies (you know the ones that even France won't claim) News Flash!! The CIA is rearming the Crow, Blackfoot and Lakota Nations to storm the province and take it by force.
Seccessionists will be publically... well you know once you give then firewater what happens. ;-) DF, whyn't you join SexEd and Richie on their new board! www.dumbassestalkaloud.com Or shove a sock in it. There were other things this country did covertly that HELPED the World. Ever heard of Pol Pot? D'oh! Ya know the Khymers? You are next! Muuu Haaaa Haaa Haaaa :1orglaugh |

Sorry T-K! lol The old man is converting me bit by bit. Why hasn't someone stepped on this kids neck yet? He's as annoying as those little suicide Palistinians that Jordan doesn't want back.
Oh wait! Maybe because France doesn't want these idiots back either!! :Graucho |

:1orglaugh :1orglaugh at least the other minorities were kept around and alive to do the work we didn't feel like doing... ie Chinese with the laundry and railways....and the Africans for everything else... the Natives we tried to extinguish ala 'ethnic cleansing' sytle, then when the last few were still kicking, we said "HEY you can have this nice little piece of dirt to live on in the middle of the desert...Mmmmmkay? and we'll let you do whatever you want there as payback for our taking your land and killing you off..." Woops, just kidding about that last part...we're going back on that now too in a lot of states... |
