here's the scoop on the addresses...ive got several hundred thousand addresses, all are real, verified in-use addresses. the lists contain no duplicates, and are ALL valid email addresses. They are not opt in to anything so there is no guarantee that 100% of addresses are interested in a certain product or service. I will sell addresses for the following prices:
1000 = 1/2 cents each or 1,000 addresses for $5.00
10000 = 1/3 cents each or 10,000 addresses for $32.00
25000 = 1/4 cents each or 25,000 addresses for $62.00
50000 = 1/5 cents each or 50,000 addresses for $100.00

maybe a few kids, but i dont think very many, one of the risks of allowing your kid to get an email address i suppose. take it or leave it, the opportunity for leads is out there.

come on, just do the math, even in a worst case scenario, if only 3 out of 25,000 people join your site at 19.95 per month, that means you have made back your purchase in the first month, then every month after that is pure profit from these addresses.. some figures for you.

well i guaruntee i am the person who put these lists together from firsthand addresses, these are only sold once by me. so in short: they are not used, and not abused.

Where did these users opt in at?

If the lists are good why are you not mailing them?

If I did buy one it should get discounted down from each user who purchased it before me.

And do you understand fraud is what's hurting the industry?

i have so many there is no need to sell bad lists, all that would do is give me a bad name and prevent people from buying from me in the future, i know about good business and honest business is the best kind to do because it leads to good friendships...

I'm still waiting for him to show where the opt in names came from, and where we can go to opt in to this list!

ill even program a mailer in php that will add the text list into an sql database, then mail all the people and append an unsubscribe link that will remove them from the database, and will refund all returned mail.

Would it legally be enough to buy a list (or let the seller do it before he sells) to send all the subscribers an email that the list will be used for adult mailings and that you should unsubscribe if you are not an adult? Something like a warning page.
Of course the most kids won't unsubscribe (whoo, hooters), but at least you as a provider got the confirmation that you only have adults on your list (same as that a kid clicks the "Yes I am 18" link on a warning page).
