I miss Paypal! The alternatives SUCK!

Since I had to get rid of Paypal, my sales have gone down bigtime. With Ibill's store, I get more errors when people try to order, then I actually get orders.

VERY FRUSTRATING!:feels-hot

Alternatives out there? Anyone?

Stormpay doesn't work for me. It just makes no sense for people to have to sign up with them, and then go to their email to verify their account, and then have to go back to your site to make the purchase. That is nuts!

Anyone? Anything? Anywhere! :helpme

The fun part is that paypal has raised the reff. bonus from $5 to $10-100.

I thing they miss the adult webmasters now.

Why not use OSCommerce for your shopping cart and 2Checkout.com to process your transactions?

From the 2checkout.com website:

"The following products and services CANNOT be sold:

You can not sell any Adult subscription services, chat, or any pornography (pictures, videos, DVDs, magazines)."

2Checkout.com sucks anyways. Waited about half a year to get my damned $280 check. Had to go through so much hassle to get it. I'll never use them again.

Question: I have a merchant account already but my business right now is strictly design & printing services. However, I want to put together an adult paysite in the near future, should I just use my existing merchant account or do I need to give them a heads up that I'm entering into a "hi-risk" endeavor? Those of you who have your own merchant account, were you 100% honest about what you do when applying?

If you get caught using a non 5967 account for adult high risk, you will be terminated and ineligible to get another account using the info they have on file for you.

Just something to think about.

okidoki, that's why I asked. Then I WON'T go that route. Who do you recommend for 5967 accounts? Thanks.

If you are doing recurring billing, I'd definitely say go third party, and alleviate the risk to your own name.

If you're doing adult then drop me an email and I'll give you someone I think you might want to talk to about it - [email protected]
