Mornings or afternoon workout?
I'm partial to mornings.... but just got off the treadmill, feel pretty good.
Which do you prefer? |
Morning.. it prepares me for my day.. do a little work out.. get nice and sore.. sit in front of the computer with food

afternoons... but i don't do cardio, so i'm all about lifting power... but if you're tryin to lose weight, in the morning.

Afternoon.

Evenings, please. I need the relaxaton, and going in the evening seems to rejuvenate before I get to bed for a good sleep. :)

anytime i can....but mornings are supposedly the best for weight loss. just make sure you eat your protien :thumbsup
