Mornings or afternoon workout?
 
I'm partial to mornings.... but just got off the treadmill, feel pretty good.

Which do you prefer?

Morning.. it prepares me for my day.. do a little work out.. get nice and sore.. sit in front of the computer with food

afternoons... but i don't do cardio, so i'm all about lifting power... but if you're tryin to lose weight, in the morning.

I work out cardio mostly for the fact that I sit at a computer 14 hours a day or so. My morning commute is about 5 seconds so I dont even get the exercise of the typical slob going off to his day job.

For me at least, no cardio and I'd be in bad fucken shape.

Afternoon.

Mornings ( which I get up about 10 ) I have all my domestic clients messages flashing. Get them taken care of, shower. Then I have some time before the foreign clients come to work :)

anytime i can....but mornings are supposedly the best for weight loss. just make sure you eat your protien :thumbsup
