New Contest rules.
 

I have noticed that the "prize" for banners, logos, and even page design contests have swooped down to under $100. More important is the fact that they some REALLY great quality work is being exploited. It may be because of the economic times, who knows.
Suggestion: Set up some standard pay rules. (Examples)

Banners. No less than $75, $50, $25. (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Page design. Minium $150, with a 2nd and 3rd place of XYZ.

This way the programmers could go to Denny's instead of Wendy's.
