Ok ill keep it short.

I had to mail out a priority mail flat rate envelope. it was already paid in postage just had to drop it off. So I stopped at a different po next town over cause i had a meeting in that area. Fucking dick gives me beef and shit so i told him he was wrong and i pissed him off. I told him get me the postmaster , and while your at get me a complaint form with your name and so on.

He shut up i spoke to the postmaster, pointed out the "rules" that htye should have known already and got the prick in trouble.

Bottom line

Dont fuck with a guido when it comes to shipping

If anybody catches beef , ask the prick to give you a complaint form. They hide them you have to ask for one. By usps rules they have to give you one. Fill it out and ask for the postmaster and hand it to him and tell him you will follow up on it.

Also if you really want to fuck them Ill get you the USPS internal affiars number. I used them once and they took care of stuff ASAP with my usual PO

I have never had problems locally. I live in a small town and there are only 2 or 3 people that work the counter. The postmaster is usually running the counter herself every day. They get a nice bonus in their retirement package for getting their office more business. Being I was the biggest mailer here I could do what I wanted. I used to bring in 50 or so packages at a time and drop them off with a check. She would tape them up, add the postage and fill in the check for me so I didn't have to wait forever.
