of course... thats one damn long finger, the knuckles are all outta wack plus look at horrible cutout along the bottom of his hand. blatant PS work.

Its fake because the direction of his finger from his knuckle is towards his face, yet when it comes out of his eye its going in a 90 degree angle to that direction. So unless he also decided to break his finger while doing that its PS. Not to mention that the nasal passage and tearducts arent linked.
