Video Experts - We need your help

So we got a hot girl to send in a video of herself - great video - but she decided to physically turn the camera on its side for like 3 or 4 minutes of it... do you know how to rotate a video 90 degrees clockwise using studio DV ????

cinestream can rotate it using the pan filter and it can make it look voyeurish as well!
