Interesting. I have a signed partnership agreement with Xpass (50/50), invested over $100,000 cash in the project. Only to realize my partner Mark Holyland was spending my money left and right, and making no progress. He had 1997 knowledge of AVS's, not 2003.

So I killed the project. I still own 50%, so not sure how Python is a new partner. I would suggest someone from Python contact me or Greg today. I do not want you guys to get involved in legal wranglings, hope you have all the info of what you are getting yourself into.

Well they came from a mutual friend. I was dumb, threw $100k their way, and they fucked me. Were months late, numerous broken promises. They wanted more $, more $. I am not about throwing money into a black hole. Just wonder if they have sold my share to python, where is my $?
