Best loopholes will be found by an accountant, and not someone reading a single web document. I don't want to study every page of the tax laws with 100s to 1000s of them charging every single year.

How many fucken business owners here need to write off more than $25g with IRS179? Not knocking you for the post but porn has got to be the most profitable business there is. Meaning, my grandmother with a $400 computer could post to TGPs and be making $2g a week within 4 weeks and have almost no costs (freehosting, free content).

They've been raising the 179 deduction a lot recently. This specific tax code is plainly written and intentional, so I don't see how it can be called a "loophole." It's just an increased incentive for small business owners to spend and invest in their own company. The IRS can still fuck you big time if the expenditures are found not to be business related property purchases.
