After chatting with him we both have similar experiences.

Once payment was sent it was ultra hard to communicate with Pete. Told me I was getting traffic today and havent seen anything yet. Our contract says all will be delivered by the 16th so I will give them the benefit of the doubt till then...

I truly hope this is a misunderstanding...Pete come out and clear this up so we can continue to do business in the future.
