Adwords question...
 

Why is it that I can only seem to get like 4 'ad groups' generating impressions under a single campaign at a time?

ie if I tried to use the keyword 'porn' it doesnt become active (displaying my ad/impressions).... while others created at the same time do.

I am bidding the minimum required & my ad budget is in check...

Any clues?
