there's no story anymore.
dibill.com went offline like a half a year ago.

they are still online and their tech if functional, but they dont payout anymore?

Short story is:

dibill was charged by VISA in CP site processing. One of the sites they processed was really questionalbe, but they did not intentionally welcome CP as far as I know. They got out of this, but took essential losses. So they are alive, but not operative...

yeah, the site is still online but there's nothing going on...

MAN - its not easy finding the rigth processor when you are not based in US.

If you are marketing to webmasters, which your signature implies, then drop me an email... [email protected] -- I may have a much simpler solution for you right now

I will try dibill on my paysite.
They approved my site already so I think they are alive and ready. Now i will send some traffic and we will see.

STAY AWAY !!!
They are not going to pay you - that´s 100% sure. They owe webmasters 100´s of K´s of dollars. They had some problems with their MA. They owe me $2500 (And I don´t do CP)..

I will say this again. STAY AWAY from them, you will not get paid - hope you listen to my advice:)
