A S.A.F.E Proposal for A New Female Artistic Sporting League
 

HELLO GFY:

After a very long hiatus gaining awesome experiences in other aspects of life...

I am back to my roots as the Creator and Founder of the World's first ever Female Artistic Sporting league that brings Basketball and Performance Arts onto the same team with a twist!

Having done the Research and Development to bring the project to a mature stage ... I am now ready, willing and able to offer convertible S.A.F.Es to fund the League's Seed Round needed to produce an A-grade proof of concept or Genesis Main Event Match here in Los Angeles, California.

BEYOND THE COMPETITIVE ENTERTAINMENT:

Beyond the league's provocative name, Twerksketball is on a mission to use our league as a socioeconomic vehicle to continuously and rigorously explore ways to demonstrate how doable it is to bridge the professional gender earning gap, with our focus on the professional sports and entertainment stage. WHAT IS A SAFE?:

A S.A.F.E is a Convertible Note (converts to Private Shares in a Company) that stands for:


...Which is a standard instrument used in the Seed (Concept) Round stage of helping Founders fund their startup businesses.

And made popular by the largest venture firms in the world like Y-Incubators and StartUp 500...

So I decided to keep it simple and use the same standard for this S.A.F.E offering with a flat rate price of $1,000 per S.A.F.E purchased while the Seed Round is still open.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Reply to this posting with your information (name, number of S.A.F.Es interested in purchasing, and a little about yourself) just to open up line of communication
2. We'll take it from there

KEY NOTES:

1. One person/group can purchase more than one (1) S.A.F.E up to the Seed Round funding limit (disclosed only to deep stage S.A.F.E buyers/investors)
2. I am open to meet one-on-one with serious interested parties in Los Angeles to discuss this opportunity in detail before we both make a decision on whether we're a good fit or not.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

And last, but not least ... the S.A.F.E(s) purchased in the Seed Round, will automatically convert to X Amount of Private Preferred Stock Shares in the next fundraising round called the Equity Financing Round (this is usually the round where the big boys come knocking on the door to get in on the action).
