How many use fiverr providers to fix themes here?
 

Do you guys think they do good job of doing small javascript work/css/html tasks?

i know for a fact anything over that is a NO no.

I feel like freelancer is the only legit place left.

I'm almost ready to see if fiver could help me fix these 200 php pages I'm fixing manually.

Oh well, I will either get it done today or I can do it a lil each day this week.

Depends on the task. 6.00 is minor fixes, the more complex, its more.

do you guys fear that, if you give them access to your theme to edit it..that they might insert some malicious code and sabotage you somehow in the future for some reason incase things go sour?

The whole concept of trusting your business website with someone who is willing to invest time to get a $5 job is questionable.

Hire them for your free hobby site first.

When I want $5, I ask my neighbor if he wants me to run out and get him a pack of cigs and some beer.
