So Trump lied on Airforce One when he told us he didn't know about the Stormy Daniels payment he had actually already reimbursed Cohen for the Stormy Daniels payment when he made that statement.

It's sad that people in this country are more interested in their Team "winning" - at any cost, including lies and worse - than judging politicians on an individual basis.

This is all very simple.

If Stormy was paid in order to help Trump's campaign (which is what happened) and the money was not reported properly, it is an illegal campaign contribution which is a felony.

John Edwards did this same thing when he was running for POTUS and paid off his mistress. He was able to convince a jury that the money was to save his marriage not help his campaign. Had he not been able to do that, he likely would have went to jail.

So, it's fine to shrug off Trump cheating on his wife. I personally don't give a shit who he is or is not fucking. However, if you believe in the rule of law you can't just give him a pass because he may have committed a felony.
