rel= noopener noreferrer is automatically added now in wordpress is this a good thing or not?

thanks i read that link before i posted, it seems like gibberish to me, what my concern is the stripping out of referrer headers with rel= noreferrer

anyways i found a work round if you do not want these extra rel's

put target="_new" instead of blank
