Parked domains cannot be added to Google Search Console. In order to verify the website for Google Search Console, I have to add a code to my html. and since the domain is parked, there is no place I can add the html to it, therefore, google will not be able to read any info about the domain.

Just go to the domains registrar and change the nameservers to the default nameservers and then you'll be able to add a TXT record so that you can verify ownership in Google Search Console.
