Why am I selling?

I've never thought this will happen, but because of my other
businesses it is real.
It's my 2nd site .From Oct 2016 it has over 100k+ Unique users every
day. You can find this all in Google analytics. I basically left
thousands of hours on this one and it was my entrance to
entrepreneurship and online marketing. Sadly I switched my focus to
other businesses, I was just paying the hosting and So it's time to
sell it to someone more active.

Profits?

I have touched only popunder ads from adsterra on the site, I just
withdraw around 2-3K revenew from this site. so I have not much data
on the monetization potential. But it still made around $1000-2000
every month just with adsterra,exoclick, adxpansion, and plugrush.
Just noticed that more than a half of ad zones actually don't work for
some reason (adxpansion).
