iBill consolidation problem...
Hello,
Someone having problems to consolidate iBill accounts? They've sent me a mail with the link http://www.ibill.com/support/revshare/revsharer.cfm to consolidate my accounts. They wrote in this mail: "you can use any active RevShare ID and CMI password to login and begin to consolidate your information.". I have no problems to enter my CMI with my ID/password, but I can't login to consolidate. They didn't answer my emails... Hope someone can help me out... Thanks |

[email protected] will not work for the revsharers. If the sponser they use is a premium client (which by the way is a much smaller list as recently the new management crew at iBill pared it down significantly) then the revsharer should go to his/her sponser. Sending emails to [email protected] will probably just delay any action as they will respond back for you to email the regular customer service or they will just forward the email themselves to the regular CS. Either way its just a delay.

I used to take IBill for granted , that is until I tried another biller which doesn't pay like clockwork like Ibill. :) |
Thanks iBill_Service for your offer to help me with my problem, but after 5 days I was contacted by one of your colleagues and he's doing his best right now to investigate this further.
