preferred Full Page Ad sizes?

What sizes do you prefer for Full Page Ads?

800x600?
760x570?
Or some other size?

I'm assuming full page ads should be built with the 800x600 surfers in mind.

800x600 is the best, we have used them all and the best converting nes are 800x600.

But if a surfer has their resolution at 800x600 and the FPA is 800x600 won't they have to scroll sideways to see the entire thing?
