Lensman - Stolen Content Question
 

Lensman - what I can do about someone using exclusive content that has been stolen from my company that is being used to promote Amateur Pages?

It's sad, but I know several TGP posters who's been using stolen content to promete Amateur Pages for a long time. Since they are still not thrown out of his program, I guess Lensman won't do anything about your problem.

Content theives suck. I'm with you. I'm sick and tired of seeing our stolen content on the net. I already respoded to your email before I saw this thread. We will definantly deal with this guy.

One thing you can do is contact his host and sponsors to let them know what he has done, any respectable host or sponsor will drop him after hearing of this.

Also you can drop an email to some of the large TGP owners, he is sure to be popped into the blacklist if you show proof.

I read the threads in question regarding your case. No offense, but what you were asking for was unrealistic. Sponsors aren't going to give out affiliate's addresses just like that. They enter into a privacy agreement with each other and they can't just spew out addresses. If Lens or anyone else had given you the address, the affiliate could sue them.
If you wanted the address for legal reasons, you get a court to subpoena the sponsor to release the information, then you pursue the affiliate/theif.

I must have missed the rest of the thread, it was just before Xmas. Glad it's fixed. You'll notice how we took care of you in the thread Aaron posted.

It was not unrealistic and his info should have been found in the "who is" domain info that is suposed to be public and that's all I wanted. But thanks for your opinion anyways. :)
