I am newbie and I just want to know wich sponsor is the best one? And do I work with just one or with many of them?
I am from Croatia so my choice of sponsors are limited to those who accept webmasters from my country!

Money Tree will accept webmasters from Croatia. You can make money with their dialer ( very good ), free cams ( very well, too ), paysites ( $38 per trial ) and per impression program ( haven't tried ).
BTW - some programs that have written in their TOS that they don't accept webmasters from Croatia, may change their mind and make an exception 4 you, if you show them your sites or get in touch via ICQ.
