Looking for software
 

Does anyone have info about something like this:

I need a software that will help me see how much of country is covered with some service.

For example: I choose map of California and my service is carpet cleaning. I mark on map that San Francisco and area are covered and I can see that in some color. Map is telling me where my service is available and showing me no color/layer in San Jose which means I am not covering that area.

Is there something like this?
