a foreign having problems with US bank for incorprated US company

I succesfull opened an US company before Visa regs, and I got the bank account on my nominee name for the company to make it fast. Now I'm trying to get company bank account on my name. But I'm waiting for 4 months now, still waiting :feels-hot

THe service fixed these for me says it's because of this happened after 09-11. But I can't imagine this, this looks so weird. I worked with English and Swiss banks for years, all were nice.

Does anyone experiencing or experienced this problem?

It's your name. Try using John Smith, or something similar.

If you work with one of the majot banks in the country you live in I'm sure they'll have a US branch. All you need them to do is get them to open you a non US residents acct.

I do that with HSBC in the UK where I live and have an acct. with HSBC Bank USA in N.Y. I didn't have to form a company or do anything but contact them :)

just use glo-bill or verotel as processor. Neither requires you to have a US company so you don't need a US bank account.

What country are you in? If you are in the middle east that might be a big factor. I don't think any US bank will give an account to someone in Iran or Syria. Probably against the banking lawz.

That's a good idea. I'll try this, thanks :thumbsup

I believe they both sucks. I'm using IBill and Epoch since 1996 and I'm happy with them. Verotel accepts some countries and Glo-Bill is not proven itself, so few use them.

Bank account is already on my US nominee name. But I want to take it on my name for trust issues. You know I already have $100k there and more coming every month. I'm fucked up, I need money.

oh man! I sent them everthing, even my notarized fingerprint. The notar here looked stranged to me when I want that! :1orglaugh

I sent them copy of my CC statements, utility bills, passport, license, ID copy.

Is there any EU webmaster here fixed this? and how?
