Hey, any webmasters from Melbourne Australia want to team up on some joint projects/work? adult or non. Sharing thoughts usually helps with ideas, two heads and all that...

Thanks! - It's not really a big deal, just trying to get involved with the industry as much as I can, I haven't been dealing with too many people as of late, so I thought I'd ask around...

... been living on beach road for more than a year myself ... but now all that´s left is rob mac !!

Beach Road? are you referring to Melbourne in FLorida US, or Melbourne in Victoria AU?

... if you are from melbourne AU and neither "beach road" nor "rob mac" doesn´t ring a bell ... you must have been living in a cave for the last 20 years ...

Well, that's the point, I have, kind of been in a cave. I was a general manager for a strip club for a short while, so unless I've met him in that scene I don't know, the name is familiar, but I'm kicking myself to put my finger on it...

I reckon we ought to at least have a Melbourne webmasters get together on a semi regular basis. Somewhere central would be good, not anywhere flashy because I like to look like a slob :)

I know theres a few of us around, surely this is do-able.

Things looked hopeful for a reqular get together after a meeting in nov. 2001 but it took another 13 months to happen again. Pretty poor show really.
Unfortunately too many think that knowledge shared is power LOST, but it is actually power GAINED.
We are not in competition with one another, each of us who has made the grade has specialist skills in a couple of areas & can profit from sharing their knowledge with their peers.
Count me in if a meeting can be organised.
