Back to normal somewhat...
Lets see 12 days no utilities till a crew from texas and new mexico came and fixed it...
I hope this is not a precurser to what is headed for us this winter :helpme:helpme Alot of people by the water areas lost everything and we are still rationing fuel here but the lines are dissipating.. -JDL |
I can't imagine how it would be with out power for that long, glad things are getting back to normal.

When I lived in NJ we lived in the middle of no where, on top of a mountain, and when it snowed we were the last ones the snow plow came for. Power always went out two or three times a year. We had a huge fireplace and lots of wood, so it was always warm. When it was really bad we we would all sleep in the living room in sleeping bags next to the fireplace.
I am so glad I live in an area where we don't have such problems. It rarely rains here no less snows. Our power went out once during a storm, but only because a car accident took out some equiptment on the ground. |
