After 10 years of getting checks from them, it seems AFF may be on the demise.
Haven't gotten a check from them in the last 3 weeks and we've got money in our account. Nor are they answering any emails. Any AFF Reps out there want to explain :321GFY

Did you update your tax information in the last couple months? They were going around suspending accounts over lack of tax information on file. I have a check which was listed as processed about a week ago. Usually it takes about a week to receive. I was expecting it to come today or tomorrow.

Yup...this happened to me too.

I updated my shit and got an ACH deposit and a cake.

I just checked the mail and there was a check from them postmarked November 5th. Try hitting up your rep again or try Courtney. It's probably just tax related.

Yes they can. Payable age has nothing to do with whether you are public, it is just more available information. If they go bankrupt all unsecured payables are just that. They can delay, and if they do, what then? 4 months later it shows up on the SEC filings, after they have already made the bond payments. Which do you think has investors more concerned? I suspect investors would cheer if they were less generous with affiliates.
