Problem when install Wordpress on AmeriNOC share hosting!

I submit this ticket to the support:

Hi, I use your Softaculous Auto Installer to install Wordpress on my domains. Not like other C-panel hosting, everytime I installed a wordpress site on my host at AmeriNOC, I need to do some manually setting like create a .htaccess and upload it to the server or manually chmod some directories or files to make few wordpress plugins works well. Just want to know if there is a way to avoid these manual setting and made the wordpress and its plugins install all automaticly? All my wordpress sites installed at Hostgator are all automaticly and don't need to create .htaccess or chmod some directories or something like that.

Here are two issues I got when install wordpress:
1, Permalink Settings
http://www.mydomain.com/sample-post/
If your .htaccess file were writable, we could do this automatically, but it isn’t so these are the mod_rewrite rules you should have in your .htaccess file. Click in the field and press CTRL + a to select all.

2, Edit Themes
You need to make this file writable before you can save your changes. See the Codex for more information.

3, and more... All related to unwritable files.

Thanks for your patience and helps,
and got the reply in a few minutes,:thumbsup

We get asked this question all the time. The short answer is we have this policy for security. The configuration at hostgator , in our opinion, is much less secure becauase, basically, all of your files are writable by the web server. This allows attackers to exploit vulnerabilities more easily and cause a lot more damage to customer sites.

You could upgrade to a vps and we could enable the type of configuration you're asking for.
Just want to know if you guys(I saw there are so many guys with AmeriNOC in sig, haha....) has some great idea or advice to resolve my problem but not update to a VPS.

Thanks for your reply!
