The D100 is a good choice. I shoot with a D1x and a 24-120 lens. My cousin brought her D100 up and I was impressed. It weighs less and is less than half the price of the D1x.

Not yet, only shooting her on film for the mags at the moment. So it will be at least 6 weeks before her sets hit the Content Store. Get on my mailing list if you want to know when her sets are up. That's why we send out the "Spam emails" the intelligent buyer wants to know immediately the new sets go up.

Paul there are people buying custom exclusive photosets but everybody's looking for deals, deals i know you won't cut. Believe me, don't worry about this market, you are way further ahead shooting sets of that girl and licensing them.

We will sell a set at least 20 times in it's life, more of a girl like this. Then we have guys asking us to shoot an exclusive set for $150.............:1orglaugh

But we do have exclusive clients who realise we can get a better quality girl then most and do something most other shoters can not.

yup that is the reality of the custom content business. 95% of paysite owners have NO interest whatsoever in exclusive content, their members areas suck ass but they don't care, the money is still good running sites with non exclusive content, much of it shitty. If VISA drops the other shoe and ends recurring billing I think you'll see more people ready to make the investment in content - because it does pay off, it's just costly upfront.

I sell custom shoots - since we don't license - I have to have a customer take a full shoot on a girl, 5 unique sets, model fees are high, some of the girls I sell shoot for nobody else or few web guys because they are priced so high - 5 sets, 100 images, $150 per set. It's lower priced than I'd like but I can't butt my head against the wall.

Soon i hope to also have a store like you and Paul do.

You are right.
Put up a thread about what will ensure the success of a site and they all say the same thing, "EXCLUSIVE" yet when it comes to spending money you would think exclusive sucks.

We have some of the best girls in the world here. We have Penthouse models to girl next door. Shooters are coming to Czech by the coach load because of the girls. Added to that we are pretty good shooters. :) We always reserve the right to not shoot the girl if she turns up unable to do the work well. Ensuring a good product.

For one client who buys 5 girls a month we have done a deal, five exclusive sets and videos of a single model, shot in a single day for $1,800 he cannot get enough and is always asking if we can do more. Another wants two, two girl videos and sets and again cannot get enough. Have yet to get a client on a regular basis for Boy Girl, we are expensive for that because we need to sell the set to the magazines to really make money. It is slow and expensive to shoot at this end.
