Bling Bling car for under $40K?

What is the best expensive looking car or suv out there for under 40K? This includes any options but not the tax, license etc. It really has to stay under $40K. And it can't be second hand. It does not matter if it is car or suv.

I am thinking BMW 330ci, MB C320, or Infinity G35 coupe. I can't think of a suv that looks nice for under $40k.

Any others I should be thinking of?

candyflip 01-29-2003 12:54 PM

That new G35 Coupe is nice :)

nocostporn 01-29-2003 12:55 PM

you could get a factory stock h2 for a few thousand more, think they're running at 45k

Mercedes has a lot of sedans that are nice too

lagwagon 01-29-2003 12:55 PM

350Z's are pretty dope

candyflip 01-29-2003 12:58 PM

Audi TT and perhaps the A4. I think that they're both under $40k.

x-vision 01-29-2003 12:59 PM

The G35 is real nice. Just like the new Z.

The Audi TT is under 40k but not the roadster. I've got a 2001, more like 42k-44k

Sassyass 01-29-2003 01:06 PM

I dont think a 3 series BMW is a real BMW. I think of it more as a hand out for those who cannot afford a 5-7 series.

detoxed 01-29-2003 01:06 PM

ford focus.. lol

Rodent 01-29-2003 01:08 PM

G35 is very nice ride.

Try looking at the GS300/430 - I've got the 300 and I only have good things to say about it.

Zuh? You're wrong there. My 330ci is definately not a hand out, and can run circles around the 5-series.

Sorry
You must own a 3 series.
Is it lime green with a white racing stripe and the word Ninja painted across the hood?
Do you have 20" gold rims, ground effects and a 50000-watt stereo crammed into the back?
I bet you drive it with your seat way back so you can't see over the steering wheel.
I?m sure you also wear your baseball cap cocked at a perfect 22 degree angle to the right.

Go test drive a 7 series (If they will let you) and you will see what I mean.

Um... ok. You don't sound like you're from the US... In the US the roadster is in the low 40's.

When I am old enough for my blu-blocker sunglasses I will get my 7 series:ak47:

Oh yea almost forgot, 40k for Nissan Maxima with a Infinty badge, are you crazy?

Kevin

Are you talking about civics???

cause 2003 3-series BMW's look very nice, and so do the new a4's

Pornwolf 01-29-2003 02:51 PM

The G35 is nice but you might be better off getting a new Z. The infiniti name doesn't carry a lot of weight in 'bling bling' circles.

If you are trying to get the most bling for the buck get a slightly used luxury vehicle. There's a lot of models that have had the same bodystyle since '97 so no one would know the difference. You could always get a 'Vette.

Saving money is always good to do no matter how much you have. Even the kings of bling (Puff Daddy, Master P etc) look for factory discounts from the automakers whenever possible believe it or not... and they get it.

Before you buy anything at all, do yourself a favor and go roadtest an Audi. I did, and I did not want to get out of the car, lol. They drive awesomley!! I bought the A4 1.8 Turbo Allwheel Drive.

DrGuile 01-29-2003 03:04 PM

all depends on the kind of bling...

Acura RSX
Toyata Celica
and such are renowned poser car... if that's what you are looking for.

I wasn't happy with my audi, had an A6 4.2. Wouldn't really recommend an audi to others.

what do 600 hp supras, 700 hp supras, and 800 hp supras have in common? 12 second time slips... traction problems... you need to stop watching the fast and the furious... no car is unbeatable

xxxcam 01-29-2003 04:00 PM

of course if you can't drive it... but if u can thats a different story
