My favorite burn remedy is:

Get a big bowl and fill it with ice water.

Take a washcloth and place it in the bowl for a few seconds.

Apply the washcloth to the burn allowing the cold to ease the pain.

Repeat.


One time I grabbed a pan that had been in the oven and burned the shit out of my palm (no whacking for several days after that one). This home remedy made life a little easier.

I woke up to the friggin smoke detector going off, and a andle that we left burning up in flames. and being , stupid in general plus about 1% awake I grabbed the metal flaming thing and now I look like a tree frog.
