besides my glock is has to be...the CLUB! since I installed these on my rides people just haven't seemed to test me...therefore the club rox!

just put your pic on the drivers seat. they'll think you're biggie coming back from the dead and won't think twice about stealing your ride

Yeah, I seen shows on that where they can hack saw through the steering wheel in less than a minute and pop off the club.

They say they like to hit cars with the club because it usually means they have a good stereo system, plus it's sorta of like rising to the challenge. Just like if you tell a hacker it is impossible to break into your computer, you know they're going to try just to see if they can.

I watched a show on repo men, they were showing how they could take a club off a steering wheel with there barehands... I ment this guy that showed me how to get into any type of JEEP... Grand cherokiee, cherokee etc without anything

Good sized pit or rottie in the back seat would do the trick.

also lot of break-ins are to steal radios

i thought this thread was about theft deterrent now with that in mind if you only have an alarm the thief may or maynot see the blinking light of your alarm system.Most of the cars here have lowjack but personally I see lowjack as a waste of money

Lowjacks can be disabled without even going in your car. If you really want to deter someone get an undercover style police siren/light setup and leave it on the dash.

i use to use the club but it was a pain in the ass to put on and take off,,

shit i was even to lazy to take the face plate off on the radio so i got one of the auto face flip inside to make it look like its a cover,,its nice i love it,,

though i ain't now expert thief but how can you steal a car with one of those electronic coded keys?

From what I understand it's much like the brute force scanner that fucktards use to crack site passwords. The only difference is the car thieves get ahold of the algorithim from a wayward car company employee and voila!

Actually, the most effective theft deterrant is to drive a piece of shit car with a crappy stereo.

I saw a tow truck tow away a car in about 30 seconds tops... these mechanical arms stretched out, clamped under the rear wheels, lifted them off the ground, and off he went the car... didn't even get out of his tow truck. If I was a car thief, the first car I'd steal is one of those tow trucks. :thumbsup

Man, I was about to say it also. If I was going to steal a damn car, I would get a tow truck. If anyone stopped me, I would say I was from the car pound and issue them a $1,000 ticket along with it. Either way I would still win, but geez, I think I would also be a sitting target because people would get wise to it pretty fast.

the best theft deterrant is to just put a snake in your ride. put two of them in there if you like. viper system. lol!

If they want your car badly enough they just tow it away. Nothing can stop them.

Flashing alarm light visible from outside, no alarm. Remote battery switch located where 4 way flasher switch (or any other original switch location) originally was.

They usually won't waste the time figuring it out. Trick is to make it something unusual that they don't see everyday. Worked for years for me in NYC.

The CLUB sucks. I saw this show on A & E about how REPO men work and they can snap the club like it was a twig!

I watched a show on tv that most high end thieves have amaster key that fits all "clubs".
