Im gonna be the 1st sponsor to publicly out paycom.
fuck you paycom. the last few months have been your worst ever. this is not an isoloated insident either.
MULTILE programs are seeing the same shit everywhere. this is not cross sale related, or spam repated etc etc. this is with programs large and small according to who I have spoke with. do you guys have anythiung you want to tell any of us that give you tens of thousands of dollars per month to process each???? Im really sick and fucking tired of 'things are normal', things are NOT normal when I hear 8 other programs that are unrelated and sell different products putting other processors live in the cascade before you. You are starting to concern alot of people, and leave it to me to speak up and put my ass on the line. why did I post this here ? as a last resort becaiuse everytime you are contacted in private I and others get the same stupid ass run around. WE WANTS ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Just bad ratios? More declines?
|
and i thought the 1st reply in such threads is always "sig spot"

everything under the sun. Im not affraid to admit it. ratios, rebills, credits, cb's the whole nine yards. I will not mention the other programs that have been talking in private, but they are way bigger than epic and alot smaller. so this is not isolated. something is up and I want answers. |
I will say this though. If there any sponsors out there with the balls to post their issues that are related would be mich appreciated. You would be helping out this industry and your affiliates in the long run. Im not trying to bite the hand that feeds me, but this is just bad fucking business. If a senior exec wants to contact me and explain in detail my concerns and not give me the same excuse everytime I would appreciate it. I just want the truth. nothing more nothing less.

what really pisses me off, is the loyalty and our willingness to try our hardest to comply and change things to meet paycoms needs and requests. assist in outing scamming surfers and affiliates to ensue paycoms survival and do our part... and we get what in return? a line of bullshit.
I am fed up and can not keep quite about this any longer. I hope the other programs having the same issues will speak up. |

I love CCbill.

No one talks much shit about paycom, mostly everyone talks bad about ccbill it seems

imo, ccbill has poor initals but great rucurring and rebills.. paycom is the other weay around until the last few months |
I had a problem with CBs last month - I use a small prog that details these things and I had 5 CBs.
Pretty bad when I only send these guys about 10 sales a month. They appeared throughout the month so it wasnt just one rebill showing as 5 seperate trans. I did post about it here. Its a real pain - I want to get a small prog of my own running this year - The major problem is going to be procs though. Who can you trust these days? |
p1mpdogg have you tried any of the new processors out there like
365billing segpay Infinity Payment Systems |
Always remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

when you have been doing business witha company for several yers, you dont just drop them, as I would hope paycom wouldnt do either. too much money ont ehtable for both aprties to play games with. with that said, I do have multiple backups in place for shit like this, but i prefer paycom. Im just very pissed at their perfromance and lack of action on the issue |
Hum..
That sucks.... hope paycom says something about it... :) |
speak up paycom....
Get this shit covered so we can move on. |
hmmm doesnt sound good.

I have not seen an increase in CB's or a decrease in rebills. I have however see a huge decrease in sales, 30-40%. I'm not talking about just my program (to new to compare), I'm talking about programs that I have been pushing for years.
I have spoken to a couple of large programs and from what I understand there is a POSSIBILITY that we are experiencing another one of those situations where someone is installing some shit on surfers PC's causing join pages to redirect to their program. Just speculation maybe, but it seems to be the only REAL reason ive heard that could be causing this. Ray |

Sorry to hear of the problems Bro.
I don't run any paysites. Good thing, I guess. Glad you got the balls to get this subject in the open. |

IF this is the case, wouldn't it affect all processors and not just Epoch? Ray |

WOuld be interesting hear someone confirm if thats possible, because If it is possible it would probabally explain alot of concerns that so many webmasters have been having lately!

I'm not going to blast paycom, but I will say that our merchant processed sites are significantly outperforming our paycom processed sites lately.
I'm certain that the problem is not adware/spyware related. |
How many of the big sponsors acutally process through their own merchant account these days?

I remember ars having their own merchant account and they mentioned that paycom preformed better then their own merchant account |

I have been seeing issues since July of 2005. After talking to a few people that run or work for programs they openly admit they see issues (some say connectivity others say scrub). I am just an affiliate but keep detailed historical records. Neither Paycom or CCbill have impressed me for the past 8 months.

The simplest answer is usually the right one. |
nice to see some people agreeing at least.. would be even nicer to see some programs step up and confirm this in public.
who has some balls? |
