a VERY unusual request.....HELP!!
You see, my uncle needs some loot for medical treatments.
I know I can't really beat money out of everyone in the world, but I did say that I would do my best to help. My mother-in-law (yes, I get along with her) has put up a page RIGHT HERE that gives all the details. Not trying to raise a fortune, but I gave him what I could and anything would help out. Don't hate me for the donation spam PLEASE!!! Her email is on that page if you wish to contact her. Thank You, MuleScrote |
You're wasting your time. I already pleaded to the people of GFY to come to the aid of my friend Jorge, but no one did.

LOL...that's friggin hilarious!! But this is real, if nobody helps - oh well. At least I tried for him.

Scrote,
i gotta re-hook up my paypal acct, should take a few days, but ill send 1k. -------------- People reading this... i have known Mike (mulescrote) for over 2 years online, i met him when i started phoenixcontent.com. He handled shipping for me for over a year (any old phoenix customers might remember getting CDs from Iowa? that was MuleScrote sending them while i was out of the country...) I want to vouch for scrote that this is legit, i didnt know about it till now, and i personally am sending a thousand. from what i understand it looks like his uncle is going to have bills near 10,000.00. I will post a screengrab of my paypal of 1k as soon as my acct is hooked back up (i dont remember the email addy i set it up with, ive been out of the US for 13 months, so i have to wait on their wonderful customer service) ... this is no scam. I have built a reputation with many big players in this industry for being 100% honest. I am asking some of you big players that know me and have done biz with me in the past to step up and do something to help. I want to raise 10k for these bills to help Scrotes uncle. I am throwing in 1k, so thats 1k down, 9k to go. And believe me, if the bills add up to 9k, Scrote would send the leftovers down to the last cent back to everyone. He is as honest as they come. Anyone who has done biz with me knows im honest, if you havent, just make a post on this or any board and ask. Anyone who wants to help and is worried about the legitimacy, feel free to email me at [email protected] ... i will give you my phone number. I am almost ready to launch my newest project which is going to be huge, and i certainly would not risk my reputation on a measly 10k. This is real. If you can help, please do. http://users.qconline.com/~dramundson/ |

Mr. Popup,
I understand EVERYONES hesitation 100% ... you are not a cynic, the internet is full of scum. That is why i posted here, to lend credibility to my friend, because i have been doing honest biz with webmasters, including industry leaders for years, and i have NEVER buttplugged anyone. Ask around about mikey from phoenix content (thats what people know me as, even though its called focus adult now, and ive moved on to produce video) ... you will find that I have never abused anyones trust. pr0, thanks for your kind words, sincerely appreciated. once again, this is most definitely not a joke or scam, and i will gladly speak to anyone who wants to help on the phone. just send me an email. |
Thanks pr0?
Of course I understand the feelings that some people have when they see someone asking for money. I might have felt the same way if I didn?t know the situation and I would never expect everyone to respond in a positive manner. Ronnie?s dad died last year after a failed operation to remove the same type of blockages. He stroked in surgery and lived in a nursing home for the last months of his life paralyzed on the left side and very weak on the right. Our family made many trips to see him before he passed and the hurt that people feel is not soon forgotten. Again, I understand the criticism?but I certainly wouldn?t risk my internet relationships on a bullshit cause. Thanks again everybody |
cmon webmasters, i happen to know that a lot of you wipe your asses and light your cigars with hundred dollar bills. If you can help and are worried about legitimacy, please email me with your phone number and ill give you a call and answer any and all questions.
you rip a guys ass apart for flipping his cat in the air (which disgusted me, as I am an animal rights psycho), and when it comes time to save someones life, nothing??? this is serious, you can save a guys life. im sending 1k which is all i can afford to send right now. I have spent a shitload on producing video and cant flip the entire 10k until i launch my new site. respectfully... |
Thanks for the donation buford. very much appreciated. more than you know.
I dont have access to Scrotes account, so i dont know if anyone else sent in, but from what i know the current total right now is $1,150.00 $8,850.00 to go ... webmasters, buy some karma, donate anything you can, every dollar helps, and once again, feel free to email me and i will call you to eleviate any doubts you may have as to the legitimacy of this fundraiser. http://users.qconline.com/~dramundson/ |
Email or icq me a "payable to" name and a snail mail address and I will send out a personal check.
Cheers and good luck! BV |
Holy sweet Jesus! I'm new to this board, but I know a load of CRAP when i smell it!

I'm not a big fish but ...
Mikey hit a chord with the Phoenix Content CDs coming month after month from Iowa. MuleScrote was no longer someone I didn't know. I made a small donation. I'd like more but again, not a big fish. I wish your family well. If my family was in need I'd hope people would do the same. :) Roxane |
First line in my sig.

Ok people. Yes, there are tons of scams on the internet. Alot of webmasters are running them themselves. Not pointing fingers at any of you because I don't know what sites you promote or how. But how many webmasters say "Join For Free" and it cosigns you to a damn site charging $40 a pop. No AVS's match this description do they? Misleading yes. A scam? Some would call it that. Some wouldn't. All businesses try to sell their product. Nobody advertises "39.95 A Month! Why surf for free content when you can pay me for the same thing?" I'm not saying smart advertising is directly related to asking for money to help. But if all of your customers had the same attitude towards WEBMASTERS misleading websites I doubt very seriously you would be making the cash you do. (Why are those terms and conditions so small and hard to read?) (Why do 90% of billing companies write the part about the monthly rebill in the tiniest of letters?) My point is you expect people to pull out their wallet, sign up for free somewhere, and hope they don't notice they will be signed up to whatever other site for $40 or that your site rebills at $40 a pop. But you take someone who is asking for a donation whether true or false and berate him for the same thing? What if he is telling the truth and someone dies because so many people were so skeptical that instead of checking it out by calling the people who have offered to talk etc. they just blow it off as a scam and badmouth the person asking. I'm very sure that if they are legit they have references, Doctors, family, hospitals, whatever that would be more than happy to back up the claims. He didn't ask for $10,000 from you. He asked you to spare whatever you could or wanted. And I quote "anything would help" As for me, I am going to send what I can with paypal when my upload clears. I don't think he is lying but if he is it will come back to him in the end. It always does. This makes me think of my friends that jump my ass for giving a homeless person that needs food a few bucks. Yes they could very well be lying but what is a few bucks going to hurt me? If he's lying he will go buy his beer or go hop in his expensive car and go home with tons of money. Big deal, he'll get what he deserves one day and I can go home knowing that if he was telling the truth I gave them a meal or fed their kids. Many times I have given a "beggar" a few bucks only to see them walk into a place to eat and buy food with it. But hey, you would know that if you didn't blow off everyone asking for help as a scam artist trying to fuck you. Mule, I can't send much as I have tied up a ton of money in investments an so forth the last 2 months. Christmas hit me harder than usual due to my first son who just turned 1. Anyway, I will send what I can when available and good luck to you and your family. My prayers are with you. |

This is most certainly not a load of crap. i have done work with lots of high profile people. i have a reputation for being 100% honest. if you care and want to find out that this is legit, go ask around about me. if you just want to hear yourself speak, go make fun of the cat tosser. i would not risk my reputation on a puny 10k. |

Stocktrader... thank you for your help.... and let me restate that anyone interested in helping, but unsure about this (hell i would be too, i dont blame you!) is invited to email me and i will call you and answer any question you have.
Thanks |

Stocktrader23, I am glad you still believe in the honest people of the world. I appreciate the way you broke down the situation and just knowing that you care is important. Thank you for the prayers. It was nice to come home from work and see people showing support, this is a serious matter or I wouldn't do this. The total now stands at $1200 and a couple people are sending personal checks. As stocktrader23 stated, I would be more than willing to provide any details about family and the treatment if requested. I will also be receiving copies of ALL medical bills so I can easily account for the use of these donations. Thanks for the contribution Roxane, you are a big fish in my book. And I never really thought anyone would notice the return address from Iowa on the PhoenixContent Cd's :) My ICQ is on...contact me if you have any questions. |
Donīt let this thread die....a lot of people are still in Vegas or
traveling home......Iīm tossing in $250 on monday or tuesday once my paypal is loaded again. My thoughts are with you and your family.... DynaMite :thumbsup edit: typo |

I donated $50. This is Mikey's friend and Mikey is a man of his word. Just letting you guys know this is legit. I've dealt with Mikey since he opened Phoenix Content and made lots of deals with him. Let's all hope MuleScrote's uncle is back to his normal self soon.
Take it easy, Biff |
so it's okay to beg complete strangers for money, but paying slightly higher taxes for national healthcare is a no-no?
strange... |
hmmm im a bit hesitant to donate but for some reason this seems legit, ill send some cash in, but for the record is this is a scam your not only hurting yourselves but other more deserving people who may get dissed in the future thinking back to this. (if its a scam)
did that make any sense at all? :) i feel like a train wreck from vegas, dont mind me... what address do we paypay to help the old dude out? later, |
Thanks again Biff and BV for your contributions. I also just received funds from the Candylist...Thank You!!
The total now stands at $1350....:thumbsup |

If you read the page, you will see that this is an alternative treatment that is not covered by insurance. if you think america is going to socialize medicine, you are an idealist, and thats great, but its not going to happen in our lifetime... i dont want to drag politics into this, so ill just leave it at that. http://users.qconline.com/~dramundson/ And for the record, half of the people that have donated so far are not complete strangers, i have been doing biz with them on the web for years :) |
Thanks for your help Jigga, i appreciate it very much!
:) |
I wish you and yours the best of luck. I know how helpless one can feel when faced with such difficulties.
And though I don't feel this is a scam in any way, I do think everyone should read the following about the proposed "cure" that's going to cost $10,000 - http://www.quackwatch.org/01Quackery...chelation.html |
Well fiveyes...that's the beauty of the internet. At any given time you can find that will support or disagree with anything under the sun. I have done enough research to understand that chelation is loosely supported by the FDA. They will not give full support until the completion of a large-scale research project that the government has invested $30M dollars in that starts in March.
Your quack page was published in 2000 and the FDA currently states that no properly controlled research has been performed. The fact of the matter is that Ronnie's vascular disease is too far progressed for surgery. As it stands now, he is at high risk of stroke if his blood pressure rises too high. Furthermore, if you look at many of the "research" that has been performed, they have consisted of giving subjects one or two treatments per week. Now I don't know what advancements, if any, have been made to these chemicals since 2000. But Ronnie will be staying at the clinic for 30 days straight receiving a 3 hr treatment every single day. After that, he will have 2 or 3 per week until treatment is completed. I'm not gonna scrap this because the field may be split on this one. Surgery is not an option, and patients in his condition have shown excellent response to the chelation treatments. As I said in an earlier post, Ronnie's dad died due to complications following the surgical procedure to fix this same disease (which can follow genetic lines). Maybe the surgeons are the quacks? Nothing shows 100% success but the decision here was very easy for us all to make. Thank you, MS |
