I saw someone get shot today
 

I hate taxes as much as the next guy, so last year i got into some real estate to take advantage of the loopholes and deductions.. well at one of my rental properties the guy wasn't paying rent, so finally after 3 months and 2 court dates (idiots never showed at either one), I was escorted by the sheriff to get this low life out of the house.

He came to the door.. with a hammer, wouldn't put it down, and ended up raising it at the sheriff, wouldn't put it down, sheriff was screaming at him to put it down, the tenant started coming towards the sheriff, so he shot him in the shoulder.

some people are fucking idiots.

Never saw anybody get shot before, other than on T.V., its pretty spooky.
