I put the track of my lips on the top then I used the cookie cutter filter with some edge blur and centered it in on the lips.

(I used Vegas Video to do the whole thing)

Most of the other pictures were chroma keyed.

I basicially had to learn how to use the program as I went, I've never really edited anything before, besides my unfunny submission earlier this week. But I've used Acid a lot so it was easy to get the hang of it.
