Allright . Martin here!! You were the only one out of the all of the clients that didn’t picked up their cards at Harra's Hotel next to your tradeshow in Vegas . All the pick-up info were available on GFY, we messaged your ICQ and I never got any answer from you guys.Our losses were not limited only to 1500$, we end up reprinting material which was sent by UPS but didn't make it in time, we drove to Montreal to ship with a second person just in case my girlfriend couldn't make it in time (her flights were delayed 5 times because of US security measures), and we've been plagued with stress for a whole week. It would have been cheaper for us to re-imburse every order ($5000) but we knew everyone was counting on these cards, so because UPS & US border controls delayed all our shipment, in order to make $2500, we have spend $1500 in traveling, $500 in personal expenses & over $1000 in reprinting, but imagine how many people wouldn't been pissed off if we just did re-imbursement....You were also in touch at the party over there with guys from deluxe pass and other guys (I’ve seen the pics on GFY) who GOT their cards from us in Vegas, that's why we left the info on the boards about our location next to your tradeshow …

Oh and if you say you called us twice, then why you didnt leave any message on our answering machines with a phone # to call back or a place to make the delivery ? And btw when I drove down to Mtl that was to bring 3000 more of YOUR cards on the plane to make sure you had enough . 4 hours drive . So whatever now I did everything I could if you cant help yourself or your partying too hard then its not my fault .

The cards are gone by ups the day b4 I sent you the email at first . Id have to drop by my office to get the tracking # wich I cant do right now because Im on work hours and after that I got a souper with my parents that I see rarely. So I will post the tracking # here as I get in the office.

Nah the thing is that its principle . The client ABUSE big time on this one and he dont deserve cash back . If a client paid for his cards at our studio and dont pick them up for 6 months even if we call him and leave a post it at his job saying that we got them its not our god damn fault . Same thing right here.

Thats plain stupid business sense.You admitted faults on your end and tried to rectify them but time ran out.DH paid for express shipment which was not given.I still think you are in the wrong and should refund his money.

They think they are the king and even tough we THREAT them like kings (getting the cards there for them, reprinting them, loosing even more money than refounding everybody) they just dont wake up .

I don't know everything that happened, but shouldn't the weight be on the company who fucked up? I'd be running over to DH's room knocking on his door and calling him every 5 minutes until I reached him (yes, I'm sure you didn't have his room number). He paid for the cards, he shouldn't have to walk to another hotel and track someone down just to get what he originally paid for. At the very least, arguing with clients is a little unprofessional. There was obviously numerous fuckups and the client's not happy. Just refund the money and move on to the next one. :2 cents:

Sure whatever ... We are the biggest promo / print agency in Ottawa . One of our graphist won awards in Graphica (big desing magasine) . You can see us in Voir and the Express every week too .

I dont think there are a lot of people unhappy of our work . At least 99 % arround here are so far . Anyways have fun wasting your time over that .

You're full of shit. I was with DH and Cameron in vegas and I watched they sweat and stress about those business cards. I also watched DH try to call about them about 5 times to no avail. If DH knew how to get them I gaurantee you he would have. He has a cell phone, why didn't you call it?

You know, I know for fact that both DH and Cameron tried their damnest to get a hold of you Dre. They called non-stop one day and all they got were people answering the phone who didn't know what the hell they were talking about. So why didn't they leave voice mail? I do recall you posting that you'd be delivering the cards, not that they would have to pick them up at Harrah's. If it was that important to you, you would have gotten with them and made things right. Or you would have asked someone to get with them. DH i do not have a clue who you are but i do notice your selective replying to threads. Same goes for Dr Dre I have never dealt with him either

But what I can see here from an outside view is:

DH wanted cards done late

DRE - promised this would be done before vegas and delivered to him.

DRE - DID NOT fulfill this promise but came up with a solution.

DRE - gets the cards to VEGAS for DH and the rest.

DH - Knew they was there, even was on gfy around time and spoke and was with others that collected cards. Decides he does not want to go and collect cards.

- REFUND ALL THE MONEY as DRE u did not fulfill your initial agreement.

If DH AGREED to the contingency plan then:

- Refund is optional but i would suggest at least refunding the same day delivery charges etc.
