Well Shap, I just went to redtube to take a look around, because as we know people who make their money off stolen content will 100% follow the rules right? lol

So in what i'm about to post one of a few things happened..

1. You lied
2. You need to hire better people to "monitor them closely"
3. they are just fucking you
4. You own AFF, Brazzers, Sexsearch, and private feeds.

So I go to redtube and look for twistys material and look what I find.

Here is a twistys video.

To the right I find an ad for private feeds and sex search. Both violate your rules.

Under the video I find a brazzers ad, also violates your rules.

When the video is done, I can click it and go to AFF. Once again violates your rules.

To the right I can click banners that take me to AFF. Once again violates your rules.



So now Shap, I have 2 questions for you.

Question 1

What will you do about it?

Question 2

Under the twistys Vid it has related videos some of them are 20 minute long clips.. which are not yours, some are water marked.. Is this ok with you as well?

Come on. The two big banners are twistys and the clips are under 2 minutes. You are just throwing shit. I am not a fan of this move by Shap either but you are not going to win him over with incorrect stuff.

Ok it is not twistys only but why would the content be considered stolen. Shap gave it to them right?

But, on a page with a twistys clip, and more then one, on a number of them it says right under the clip

"Related Videos"

Under those videos I am finding 10-20 min full length scenes. Some of which have blocked out water marks.

Well he won't accept traffic from any links that have stolen content.

But, I can view twistsy material, and then go view a stolen video...

but when u play the video the twistys ads is not there anymore... so he is not laying

3...2...1... till Shap goes on Lars defense and throws "sheep" in the conversation.

Hi guys. The use of the video for the most part falls within our acceptable practices.

The banner ads above and next to the content are acceptable. Much like blogs i can't expect the entire page to be devoted to us. So that part is acceptable.

I do have an issue with their video player (ie the ad at the end of the scene). I'll be honest before you pointed that out I never noticed it. Thank you for letting me know. I'm contacting them now about this.

now a days seems to be a big trend to use fake names to post bullshit against others. Some people dont have the balls to post with their real name or tell who they represent... too many envious webmasters and programs that are not successful or they are loosing market fast because other people smartest than them are doing a much better job.

When I play the video it ends and it asks me if I want a date from AFF.

Read what Shap said and what he said his "acceptable" deal was with them.

All of these points I made shap said are unacceptable. But, now he cannot control what they do on their own pages.

He made a public statement to address these issues. His statement was false, and what he said their stance was does not fall under what is going on. So when he posts openly on a forum about what he is doing with his business and justify what he is doing, but then in his justification it comes across false and not valid, it opens you up to be questioned about your original points made.

You of all people should know this as you ask people to justify things on here all the time.

I'm a bit confused, you are doing the Lars now. You said no links to stolen content yet on your page I can watch stolen content. You said no other ads on the page, but they are all over it.

Just say you like the money, and don't try to not answer questions to justify it.

There are banners all over that page that take me to other programs. Under what Shap said in their stance only Twistys can be IN AND AROUND IT.

Shap doesn't care. He set a silly requirement list up for redtube that they probably said " ok " and then laughed at him. One of his silly requirements was that there was no stolen content on the page with his videos. Well that has been pointed out several times and he ignores it.

He also does cross sales with Brazzers. Obviously he has moved over to the " dark site" he thinks we should all adapt to "tube" sites. Instead of doign business with legal ones he selected the ones that steal his content. :upsidedow

Shap... you might want to check the pages with your videos from different locations and you might not find any twistys ads next to your videos at all.

If I go to the pages with your videos I get imlive.com and bet-at-home.com ads next and on top of the videos. I tried a few proxies as well and depending on the location, different ads are displayed.
